Shipping Prices:

UK - FREE

USA - £5.00

EUROPE - £7.00

ELSEWHERE - £12.00 *

* if the shipping price is less - the difference will be refunded.

 

Shipping:

Items can take up to 10 days to ship. Halliwell Attic is ran by one person, including all the making of the items. That is on top of a full time job so juggling everything can sometimes be a challenge. If the item is for a gift or specific date please contact me so I can advise if I can make that date. 

In order to keep costs low, our items will be sent in recycled or repurposed boxes. Boxes are surprisingly expensive in the UK.

 

Import Charges:

You are responsible for any possible import charges. 

 

Damaged shipments:

Where an item is received and is visibly damaged on the outside, please take photos of the package before opening it and retain the packaging. Couriers can sometimes request this as part of their insurance process. Please contact us and we will work with you to help resolve the situation.

 

Pre-order items:

Where an item is pre-order it will say so in the item description. We may do this at particular parts of the year, as part of a sale or as we prepare for a break. The description will include a general indicator of when it is expected to ship but this can depend on other factors. You can contact us at any time for an update on where you item is up to.

 

Returns

Unfortunately we do not allow returns on our items. We aim to make sure there are plenty of pictures provided and if you have any queries please contact us before purchasing. If you have a problem with an item please contact us so we can advise but note that a return is not automatic.

The postage on any item which is returned must be paid for by the customer and it must be adequately protected for its journey back.
